Processes & Capabilities
  Trumbull MARS currently utilizes compression, transfer and injection molding processes to fabricate its products. Based on the size configuration, material, capital budget, projected volumes, etc. we can quote you a number of different scenarios that make sense for your project planning.  

  We also offer many secondary operations to minimize your handling of the product so it is ready for use as soon as it hits your dock. Some such services include, PTFE coating, secondary machining, slitting, and notching.
